About the video: It shows how easy it is to get in the precise position time after time. You'll notice how just a small move of the camera causes the "dots" to fall out of position.

Over time, this position becomes automatic and only takes a second or two. Not only does this consistent position help with alignment but all sorts of things highly important with successful putting;

- centre of contact (hitting the sweet spot)

- confidence (because your alignment becomes so much better)

- flow (there's less stuffing around getting ready to putt)

And the bit that I like the most: Is you can still move back to where you find most comfortable. You don't necessarily need to putt from the "crosshair" position if you don't want. You can move to YOUR most relaxed and comfy position.
